Stress...

We all encounter stress in our daily life in work, relationship, home, with relatives (who does not?) etc. Some can cope with it some needs to have professional help. The dictionary define STRESS as:
Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. When you feel threatened, your nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol, which rouse the body for emergency action.
Work of a dentist is a very stressful job, not to mention body fatigue and wrong posture of the body because certain procedure that you need to move slow and precise movement of the hand and fingers or else delicate surrounding of the mouth can do catastrophic injury of the gums, lips and tongue. But still nothing beats when you just think of the workload or patients name that you see in your appointment book that you need to do for that day...whooosh stress it is.But still need to work and do right thing to take good care of your patients as expected. Chinese Friends...

Nag-aaral ako sa La Salle . Ang dami kong kaklaseng Intsik. Apelyidong Uy, Lim, Tan, Co, Go, Chua, Chi, Sy, Wy, at kung anu-ano pa. "... "Bakit? saan mo ba narinig 'yan?".

Parish Renewal Experience

Its been a year has past when I join the Parish Renewal Experience Seminar. It was conducted by the Cathedral Shrine of the Good Shepherd Parish in Fairview Quezon City Headed by the Grand Old Man of PREX Kuya Rene Isidoro with Kuya Joe & Ate Mila Galinato, Kuya Primo Domingo and others (there are many kuya's and Ate's who help on that seminar) and off course it was Fr Gigi who is at the helm of our Parish Church the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Church in Morning Breeze Caloocan City.

This seminar has a very deep impact in my spiritual life, although I have attend CFC, ME and other seminars but the PREX stands alone as the guiding factor in serving the Lord. It teaches me the the very basic relationship with God and the relationship with others. It teaches also who are the people that is very important in your life.....ooopppps I may have over described the ins and outs of PREX which I may be censored by our elders hehehehe...Anyways, since then me and my wife are very busy now with PREX seminars, we are now the one conducting the seminars in our parish of Sacred Heart of Jesus Morning Breeze as Chair couple of PREX Secretariat.

As our trainer are very good in teaching us, led by Ate mila, Kuya Joe & Kuya Primo, we our now doing our own PREX Outreach in Sto Nino de Congresso in Deparo Caloocan City. Before, me and my wife and Kuya Ces are members of the CSGS outreach team. We have conducted our talk to Loag Ilocos Norte, San Fernando Pampanga and different parishes here in Metro manila. We have met people in different places who are very warm in accepting us. I'm very happy that I'm serving my parish especially the LORD. I have found what is missing in my life as a Catholic! Glory to God!

My brother Bong usually received action figures like the COMBAT TV series then and my sisters some girlie stuff dolls etc. I wish I can travel thru time and be a little boy again.....

Macau- a different kind of trip!

This was the first time that I went out of the country. It was also the first time that we have the same FREE schedule (me, cris, patrick, patricia & phillippe). It also took awhile to go out of the country because my wife is so busy in here professional organization & church activity. But the trip is worth it. We are so happy together & and we really have a good time in macau.

We have visited the different Casinos & Hotels MGM, The Venetian, Grand Lisboa, Winns and many more.

I'm back....

Its been a while since my last post in this blog.....been very busy with my work, church & family. I only use my computer when I have to check my email & surf a little on the net when I need to research something. I hope I can continue this and maybe I'll have plenty of time to spare to continue posting in this blog.

Mein Liebling

Mein liebling (german) - in english My Favorite. These are the words my wife & sons keep on saying when my daughter(Gellie) get into picture. My daughter is in 2nd year proper in Dentistry, she is the one who will someday take my footsteps sort of like taking over the money(hehehe) or rather taking over my clinical practice when she finish her studies. She is very intelligent, diligent, ardent, current & an agent of Ninoy Aquino, Vicente Lim, Jose Abad Santos & Josefa Llanes Escoda...you kow what I mean they are the people in 1K bill 500 bill hehehe.

Kidding aside, she is very serious in her studies, very protective of her siblings, thoughtful, caring & understanding...that is why she is my mein liebling - also means has a hobby of shopping with so many bling-blings.
